Can I bring pets

Unfortunately pets are not permitted.
This is a condition of our licence and to respect neighbouring farm animals and wildlife.

Can I bring children

Well behaved children respectful of our space are always welcome to our tranquil site. 
We caution that the site is only suitable for children aged 4-14 and babes in arms. 
While we welcome older teens, the bunk room beds are slightly shorter than normal beds. Separately, the site is not set up for toddlers and we believe you would not have a relaxing stay if you were to visit with toddlers. However, this is ultimately the Lead Guest choice. 
We can also host babes in arms and will provide a travel cot without bedding.

Do you provide linen

We provide all bed linen, blankets, towels. There is no extra charge for this

Do you provide fire wood

Accepted Answer

Yes. we provide wood for both wood-burner and hot-tub. 
We have a reasonable use policy. Please refer to T&Cs

Do you provide internet access

Yes. Your stay has its own wifi network. 
Please be aware that there is no phone line. 
You are advised to bring your own mobile phone and check with your mobile provider for coverage, prior to your stay.

Is there electricity

Your stay is served by electricity. 
We aim for the source of this to be from our solar panels as much as possible. 
There are USB points by the bedside.

How do we cook and store food

There are fully functioning kitchens with power, gas cookers and mains water.

Is there a shop on site?

No. 
You are advised to purchase a hamper or bring your own provisions. 
The nearest Spar and Co-ops are within 2 miles.   
Large Supermarkets are on route in Dorchester, Blandford, Poole and Wareham. 
There is a 'Cook' provision within Spar.

We provide toilet roll and hand sanitiser.

*Accessibility Restrictions*

Accepted Answer

Due to the nature of the style of accommodation and location, there are accessibility restrictions. These include but are not limited to the following:
There are steps to get into the accomodations. 
There are steps to get into the hot tub. 
The Horsebox Bathroom is accessed through a small side door. 
Parking is restricted to one car per accomodation unless otherwise agreed. 
Parking is at the bottom of a gradual hill and approximately 1-2 minutes walk to accomodations, via gradual uphill gravel paths. There are no hand rails.

Noise Restrictions

We are situated in a residential hamlet. 
We wish to respect our neighbours.
For that reason we ask for noise to be kept to a minimum between 10pm-7am, and for noise to be kept to a reasonable level during all other times.

Check in is at 4pm on the day of your arrival.
Check out is 10am on the day of your departure.
